Jane Roberts and the Seth Books

Jane Roberts, born May 8th 1929, grew up in Saratoga Springs, NY.  She grew up taking care of her ailing mother, at a house that used to sit on what I believe to be over near York and Warren Streets. Jane attended Skidmore College for 3 years, until she lost her scholarship.

A few years later, Jane started channeling a person named Seth, and worked as a medium for Seth. Seth was speaking through her, her husband Robert Butts wrote it all down, and the result was volumes of books called The Seth Books. The Seth Books are the blueprint or cornerstones for the New Age movement, and there are Seth Book seminars, and even Facebook fan pages

Seth even described what he looked like and had Robert Butts make a portrait. I made a water color rendering of Jane and Seth recently, and gave to Karyn Crisis, a spiritual medium/metal vocalist who just released an album Salem's Wounds, with the help of a ghost witch from Tuscany. Jane passed away in 1984, and it seems Seth did too, for he has never resurfaced......
