Yay! My 2 cents on busking in the Spa City!!!
I guess I should add that these busking rules must apply to/for protester rallies such as the weekly groups at the Post Office and City Hall. Waterbottle Watercolors
Lately I've been dabbling with water colors, with water bottles as my theme.
Saratoga Springs has a long line of discontinued brands of bottled water, and only the Saratoga blue bottle and the spring water remain. Each spring has it's own properties, and several springs had their own label/brand. I think Saratoga bottled water, today, actually is sourced from somewhere in New England.
I found that "Saratoga mineral water bottle style" is one of the earliest bottle styles with a wide girth and short neck and a "mineral finish" (<-term for the lip end-double coil like opening.)
Here's my rendering of a few brands.....
